The following changes have been made to the solicitation: A site visit will be held on Tuesday May 30, 2023 at 9:00 AM EST. Please contact Thomas Hemenway at Thomas.Hemenway@va.gov to schedule attendance. No questions will be answered at the site visit. Questions will be due to the contract specialist David Valenzuela at david.valenzuela2@va.gov by Wednesday May 31, 2023 at 3:00 PM. Answers will be posted to the solicitation. The PWS has been updated. Please see attachment. The following language has been deleted from the PWS The Contractor shall maintain a sufficient stock of all replacement parts meeting or exceeding the original manufacturer's design and specification needed for routine repair and maintenance of the equipment or be able to secure needed parts within two (2) calendar days . Quotes will now be due on 7 June 2023 at 3:00 PM. Acknowledgement of each solicitation amendment is required.
