No, the pricing for each option year will be fixed upon award of the contract. Question3. Please clarify that submitted pricing must be held for full year of first year, subsequently will price increase be allowed for the additional years? Answer 3. Submitted pricing will be held for the first full year. Price increases for each option year are acceptable but must be included in your quote. Pricing for each option year will be fixed at the time of award. Question 4. Will a 9oz plastic cup be accepted as an alternative? Answer 4. Alternative cup sizes are acceptable if they will fit a dispenser attached to the water cooler. Should you choose a different cup size than the one requested, please annotate that in your submitted quote.
