This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a requirement of Police Officer Bulletproof Vests and fitting services in the Boston, Massachusetts area. The applicable NAICS code is 339113. The PSC/FSC is 4240. The authority for this action is FAR FAR 13.106-1: Soliciting Competition. This is a Pre-Solicitation notice synopsizing an upcoming RFQ solicitation to satisfy the requirements of FAR 5.201 and 5.203.
