It is at the Government s discretion to consider responses to this notice. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to make a sole source award to ABBOTT LABORATORIES INC for the following products and services: 3-Piccolo Xpress Analyzers Abbott reagents, to order as needed when needed: The projected period of performance will be 12/7/2022 12/6/2023. This procurement will be conducted utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13. Interested parties may identify their interests and capabilities by responding to this requirement by the due date listed on this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed award upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No reimbursement for any cost connected with providing capability information will be provided.
