Pre-Solicitation Notice to solicit for a contractor to provide Environmental Monitoring Real Time Location System (RTLS) Maintenance and Sustainment throughout all the VA Medical Centers in VISN 01. The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to solicit for a Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a 5-year period of performance to commence 01/XX/2023 01/XX/2028. The solicitation will be issued unrestricted on or about 12/9/2022. The applicable NAICS code is 541513 with a 1,000 Employee Size Standard. The PSC is DA01. Copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of the contract.
