Pre-Solicitation Notice for notice of intent to solicit for the requirement listed below. Network Contracting Office 1 will be soliciting for offers for urgent and non-urgent ALS/BLS ambulance transport Services for the VA Bedford Healthcare System (BHS). The contractor shall provide all vehicles, personnel, management, supplies, transportation, equipment, materials and reports necessary to furnish all urgent and non- urgent ALS/ BLS ambulance transport services for BHS campuses in Massachusetts and various CBOC s. A Request for Proposals (RFP) will be issued on or around November 1st, 2022, under solicitation number 36C24123Q0019. The anticipated award date is March 6th, 2023, for a period of one year with four one-year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be honored. The Government is not responsible to make available paper copies. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist no later than October 28th, 2022. Verbal questions will not be addressed. Offerors are encouraged and are responsible for routinely checking SAM.gov for any solicitation amendments that may be issued throughout the offer period. There is no subcontracting allowed. No individual notification of amendments will be provided. Offer due date and time will be included in the solicitation document. This is 100% set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS code for this requirement is 621910. The size standard is $20 Million. This will be a competitive solicitation that will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with FAR 15.305, trade-off source selection evaluation procedures.
