The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 1, has a requirement for lease space of 23,750 rentable square feet of clinical and related space. To satisfy the VHA mission requirements, the facility must be consolidated with the existing Worcester VA Health Clinic, multi-specialty Community Based Outpatient Clinic, which is currently located on the first and second floors of 403 Belmont Street, Worcester, MA. However, the Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and the disruption of Veterans clinical services. It is the Government s intention to solicit and negotiate only with the current lessor of the existing clinic. This is not a solicitation; it is notice of intent to sole source the requirement, but the Government reserves the right to solicit offers, if necessary. Inquiries/information received after the established deadline shall not be considered. The submission of any data for review shall not impede award of this contract as planned. The Government does not intend to pay for information solicited. This synopsis is issued pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. All communications shall be via email.
