Pre-Solicitation Notice for a Contractor to provide Special Mode Transportation Services (Wheelchair) at the VA Connecticut Medical Centers, and Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) located throughout the state of Connecticut. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit for an ID/IQ type contract with a base and four (4) option years. Period of Performance to commence on or about June 30, 2022, through to 2027. The need is to provide Wheelchair transportation for beneficiary s to and from VA Medical Centers and may include other VA Medical Centers out of State in accordance with the Performance Statement of Work (PWS). The Solicitation will be issued as a Small Business set aside on or about April 20, 2022. The applicable NAICs Code is 485991 Special Needs Transportation, with a Size Standard of 16.5 million. The FSC/PSC is V212 Transportation/Travel/Relocation.
