The FAR authority cited for this proposed award is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. This contract is for an estimated value of $9,500,000.00. The Justification and Approval for Other than Full and Open Competition has been approved by the Head of the Contracting Activity and is attached to this notice.
