SOURCES SOUGHT: The VISN1 VA Healthcare facilities Laboratory/Pathology Department have a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement to provide CPRR/CPT Chemistry Testing, with Clinical Laboratory Chemistry Immunochemistry Instrumentation, throughout the New England VAMC s. SCOPE: The scope of this BPA is that desired instrumentation shall have the capability of performing or reporting the clinical parameters as defined in the statement of work. The instrument shall have random access capability (if discrete testing is required) and be able to simultaneously perform the complete profile as described in the statement of work and meet the performance characteristics for accuracy and precision as defined by the 1988 Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act (CLIA) and the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI). The anticipated period of performance (5-Year: 4/1/2023 3/31/2028) by the Contracting Officer. The VA will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this announcement. This is a Sources Sought Notice for Market Research purposes only.
