NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 1 intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price contract to Biosource Software LLC to provide Neurofeedback 100, Tutor with Certificate and Physiological education software, Breedloves behavioral Neuroscience9th. This service is in support of VAMC Connecticut s BCIA certification for 4 Clinicians. The period of performance will be one year. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit from only one Source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1, Single Source Awards. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541990- All other professional, scientific and technical services, size standard $17.0 Million. Intended source Biosource Software LLC 4 Sunrise Lane, Kirksville MO 63501. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability in response to this requirement by August 31, 2022 at 9:00AM Eastern Standard Time (EST). The Department of Veterans Affairs will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses from responsible sources will be considered. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Interested parties are encouraged to furnish information by email only with RESPONSE TO INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Professional Sports Publications in the subject line.
