The Contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary in accordance with the Statement of Work. Because this is a logical follow-on to a recent purchase, Siemens Medical Solutions USA., Inc. is the only vendor/contractor that can provide the supplies required, this acquisition will not be competed.
