The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to solicit for a Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a 5-year period of performance to commence 09/12/2022 09/13/2027. The solicitation will be issued unrestricted on or about 8/17/2022. The applicable NAICS code is 339112 with a 1,000 Employee Size Standard. The FSC/PSC is 6515. The Government intends to award a firm f... ?.## SOLICITATION DESCRIPTION This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Hand Hygiene Compliance Monitoring System for all VA Medical Centers throughout VISN 1. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) using personnel, supervision, labor, equipment, materials and FAR Part 13 Procedures. The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, labor, equipment, materials and disposal needed to provide the items and services listed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The system must utilize existing Centrak RTLS Infrastructure at each facility as the core communication between badges and sensors. Any questions shall be emailed to Chelsea.smith2@va.gov no later than August 23, 2022. Quotes shall follow instructions in FAR 52.212-1 evaluation criteria in FAR 52.212-2. Pricing shall be identified in the Price/Cost Schedule. All quotes shall be emailed to chelsea.smith2@va.gov. Quotes are due no later than 3:00PM Monday August 29, 2022. Any quote not compliant with the RFQ will not be considered.
