Per a Sole Source Letter provided to Contracting on 08/15/22 by Stryker Instruments, all Annual PM & Service is exclusive and peculiar to the large business OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Stryker Instruments. The letter states that Stryker is the sole provider of services for its equipment to ensure quality, reliability, patient safety, as well as to assure compliance with FDA and Joint Commission Requirements. None other than the OEM are authorized to provide the services required. Therefore, RFQ 36C24122Q0998 is being cancelled. An Intent to Sole Source to the Large Business OEM, Stryker Instruments Inc., will be published on Contract Opportunities at a later date.
