The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with:   Hill-Rom, Inc. 1069 State Rte 46 E Batesville, IN 47006-7520 ueiSAM: KNLGMBCHK347 This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate to purchase the Ceiling Lift Motor Replacements for VAMC West Roxbury. Items to be delivered to 1400 VFW Parkway, West Roxbury, MA 02132 at VAMC West Roxbury. The contractor will provide the required parts, labor in accordance with Statement of Work attached. Hill-Rom, Inc. is the only vendor/contractor that can provide the supplies required, this acquisition will not be competed. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities SAM.gov. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1 Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.  The NAICS 339112. The size standard is 1,000 employees.
