Product delivery will be the responsibility of the Vendors working with the Connecticut VAMC project management POC, the Vendor will be responsible for coordinating and performing the delivery, implementation, and training for the devices. Designs For Vision, Inc. is the only vendor/contractor that can provide the supplies required, this acquisition will not be competed. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities SAM.gov. The NAICS 339115. The size standard is 1,000 employees.
