Can the following PWS requirements be completed remotely? Eight (8) straight-time (ST) days (per year) of as-needed, as-requested technical support and troubleshooting. Services to be conducted between normal business hours 7:00AM EST to 3:30PM EST. (Each day requested is based on an 8-hour workday) Provide 40 Hours of Emergency Remote access to solve Emergent issues and be available to remote into the System Within 2 hours of notification. (Vendor shall allow for additional hours to be added at an additional fee if deemed necessary by the VA) Answer 1. Not entirely there will be times when onsite Field Engineering has to be done. Question 2. Can Govt/VA Admin provide Cimplicity loaner license to the vendor need for more involved work? Answer 2. Not Possible licensing is proprietary to each site Question 3. Can you provide a HW/SW system architecture of current Cimplicity system install, showing the IEDs? Answer 3. Not possible due to VA Physical Security regulations
