This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with:   MIM Software Inc 25800 Science Park Dr Ste 180 Beachwood, OH 44122-7311 ueiSAM: HPNGJJKW7NZ3 This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate to purchase the MIM system software upgrades for existing software/hardware and an additional Prostate license for VAMC West Roxbury. Items to be delivered to 1400 VFW Parkway West Roxbury, MA 02301.The contractor will provide the required parts and labor. OEM, MIM Software Inc is the OEM that can provide the supplies required to remain compliant with the existing system, this acquisition will not be competed. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities SAM.gov. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1 Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.  The NAICS 511210. The size standard is $41.5 Million employees.
