The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with:   Melling, LLC Alexandria, VA 22314-4156 UEI SAM: CA7CDKQND7U9 This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate to purchase the OCULUS, Inc. Pentacam HR for VAMC Brockton, MA. Items to be delivered to 940 Belmont Street, Brockton, MA 02301 at VAMC Brockton. The contractor will provide the required parts, labor in accordance with Statement of Work attached. Melling, LLC is the only vendor/contractor that can provide the supplies required, this acquisition will not be competed. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities SAM.gov. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1 Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.    The NAICS 339115. The size standard is 1,000 employees.
