Pre-Solicitation Notice to solicit for a contractor to provide Emergency Generator and ATS Maintenance, Repair and Inspection at the Manchester VA Medical Center in Manchester, NH. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit for a Firm Fixed Priced Option Year contract for a 5-year period of performance to commence 7/05/2022 through 7/04/2027. Manchester VA Medical Center s requirement shall encompass, but is not limited to, the following tasks: Provide all equipment, fluids, tools, labor, and to perform regular semi-annual and annual preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Annual load testing services shall commence in Year Two, if exercised. The requirement includes 24-hour emergency service calls to repair and diagnose the emergency generator systems and Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS), in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. Services shall be performed at the VA Medical Center, located at 718 Smyth Road, Manchester, NH. Copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of the contract; registration may be accomplished at www.sam.gov.
