During our research of the scope of work we found "MoveableType" content management system has a developer RESTful API. Please confirm if the intent is to use the API to automate a portion of the forms or if this will simply be populated by the end user? Ex. The end user makes a comment on Moveable Type blog entry, the comment will be automatically added and shown on the Microsoft Access Database entry. This answer is from the program manager: We do not want to automate content. Moveable Type is used to promote content as live on the website this is not the intention of the database we want. As noted in the statement of work, the database we want developed is separate from the functional website tasks. We need a database to track content development over time to assess progress of revisions, creation of new materials and identify gaps in content needs.
