The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with:   Accessibility Services, Inc. 6241 S Tex Pt Homosassa, FL 34448-5923 ueiSAM: LPYHTAXSUDB8 This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate to purchase the AUTONOME PECU HOSPITAL SYSTEM. Items to be delivered to The VA Boston Healthcare System (VABHS), located at 1400 VFW Parkway, West Roxbury MA 02132 and 940 Belmont Street, Brockton, MA. The contractor will provide the required parts and labor. OEM Accessibility Services, Inc provided a sole source letter and states they are the developer and sole source provider of the autonoME line of environmental control units. OEM Accessibility Services, Inc. can provide the supplies required to remain compliant with the existing system, this acquisition will not be competed. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities SAM.gov. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1 Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.  The NAICS 334510. The size standard is 1,250 employees.
