The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with:   Philips Healthcare (T41NB3MDAPZ6) 22100 Bothell Everett HWY Bothell, WA 98021  The Department of Veterans Affairs VA Medical Center intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source delivery order contract for Philips Xper Hemodynamic Monitoring System to Large Business Philips Healthcare. Philips Healthcare is Phillips Healthcare is the only source to provide the Hemodynamic monitoring systems which falls in line with all interoperability standards. There is a Class Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity to issue sole source delivery orders Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract VA797H-17-D-0022 awarded to Philips Healthcare. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1 Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The intent is to procure these services on a sole source basis. No solicitation will be posted to Contract Opportunities.  The NAICS 339112.
