The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to solicit for the following service: Provide West Haven Veteran Homeless Bed services for the West Haven VAMC. All work will take place within the area of the West Haven VAMC, located at 950 Campbell Ave West Haven, CT 06516-2770. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Priced contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsive offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the government in terms of price and other considered factors.
