Pre-solicitation Notice Pre-solicitation notice to solicit for a contractor to provide emergency evacuation sleds and training to the VA Medical Center Brockton, Massachusetts. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit for a Firm Fixed award for a 1 time buy to obtain emergency evacuation sleds and training. The overall goal is to meet the VA Brockton Healthcare System needs by providing emergency evacuation sleds and training required on the salient characteristics that will be included with the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued as an SDVOSB set aside on approximately 04/08/2022. The applicable NAICS code is 339113 with a 1.000 Employee Size Standard. The FSC/PSC is 6515. Copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of the contract.
