The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with:   A-Dec, Inc. ueiSAM: UM2HYYSE69R7 2601 Crestview Dr Newberg, OR 97132-9528 This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate to purchase A-Dec Electric Motors, tubes, and contractor support for the existing ADEC Chairs at the VAMC Northampton Dental Clinic. The contractor will provide the required parts and labor. Because this is a logical follow-on to a purchase that was made in FY17, A-Dec Inc. is the only vendor/contractor that can provide the supplies required to remain compliant with the existing system, this acquisition will not be competed. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities SAM.gov. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1 Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.  The NAICS 339114. The size standard is 750 employees.
