The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to solicit for the following service: Generator and ATS Maintenance, Repair and Inspection to include 24-hour emergency service. All work will take place at the Manchester VA Medical Center in Manchester, NH The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Priced Contract resulting from the solicitation to the responsive offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the government in terms of price and other considered factors. The solicitation will be seta aside and released as an SDVOSB set-aside. The overall goal is to meet the VA Manchester Medical Center need accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) that will be included with the Solicitation. The applicable NAICS code is 811310. The FSC/PSC is J061. Solicitation 36C24122Q0362 will be available for download on or around April 28th, 2022. The close date will be on or around May 9, 2022, at 3 PM EST time. Registration may be accomplished at www.sam.gov. Copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. Manchester VA Medical Center has a requirement to: Provide all equipment, fluids, tools, labor, to perform regular semi-annual and annual preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections and repairs; 24-hour emergency service calls to repair and diagnose the emergency generator systems and Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS); and Annual Load Bank testing at the VA Medical Center in Manchester, NH located at 718 Smyth Road. The proposed term of the service is one year from the date of the award. There will be four additional renewal option years to be re-evaluated and awarded annually.
