Pre-Solicitation Notice to solicit for a contractor to provide UV Phototherapy booths that are used to treat a variety of skin conditions at Providence VA Medical Center located at 830 Chalkstone Avenue in Providence, RI. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit for a Firm Fixed Priced Contract to obtain UV Phototherapy Booths. The overall goal is to meet the Providence VA Medical Center needs in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) that will be included with the Solicitation. The solicitation will be issued as a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) set aside on or about 03/29/2022. The applicable NAICS code is 39112 with a 1,000 Employee Size Standard. The FSC/PSC is 6515. Interested VOSBs must be actively verified and registered at www.va.gov/osdbu, previously www.vetbiz.gov in order to be considered for an award. Copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of the contract.
