Pre-Solicitation Notice to solicit for a contractor to provide Hand Hygiene Compliance Monitoring System throughout all the VA Medical Centers in VISN 01. The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to solicit for a Fir Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a 5-year period of performance to commence 06/20/2022 06/19/2027. The solicitation will be issued as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set aside on or about 5/12/2022. The applicable NAICS code is 339112 with a 1,000 Employee Size Standard. The FSC/PSC is 6515. Interested SDVOSBs must be actively verified and registered at www.va.gov/osdbu, previously www.vetbiz.gov to be considered for an award. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking information from interested contractors to provide hand hygiene compliance monitoring system for the VA Medical Centers located throughout VISN 01. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, the VA is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals.
