Pre-Solicitation Notice to solicit for a contractor to provide Medical Scrubs Management Services to include Automated Dispenser service at the Manchester NH VA Medical Center. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit for a Firm Fixed Priced Option Year contract for a 5-year period of performance to commence 3/14/2022 through 3/13/2027. Manchester VA Medical Center s requirement shall encompass the supply, installation, and maintenance of automated scrub dispensing machines and return units; scrubs rental; removal of soiled scrubs and stocking fresh scrubs in the dispensing machines; laundering, sanitizing, folding, poly-bagging scrubs for on-site delivery and service three (3) times weekly; an auto-loss replacement program, inventory and usage statistics. The overall goal is to meet the VA Manchester Medical Center need accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) that will be included with the Solicitation. The applicable NAICS code is 812331. The FSC/PSC is W079. Copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of the contract. Registration may be accomplished at www.sam.gov.
