Provide all professional architectural and engineering (A/E) services necessary to develop complete construction drawings, specifications, cost estimates, project phasing s, site visits and construction period administration associated with exterior improvements including, masonry repairs, coping and capping replacements, mortar pointing, roof repairs and fascia replacements. Supplementary list of items could include downspout replacement, external regrading and new perimeter drains if deemed necessary to prolong the life of the building. Design package to a construction cost of $4,000,000 for Building #2, Building 78 and Building 78A. If contract limits drift into other Building numbers, this is at the discretion of the COR to determine necessity of repairs and scope of project to determine best end contract value at the time of design. Conduct preliminary project scope meetings and site survey investigations to develop the necessary elements for layouts, details schemes with proposed alternatives consistent with the VA s project team goals as prioritized during preliminary project meetings, field surveys and studies
