The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with WIND RIVER ENVIRONMENTAL, LLC to obtain services to clear and obstruction that is causing a storm drain to become clogged at the Manchester VAMC. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Beta-SAM. The applicable NAICS code is 562998 with a $8.0M size standard. The PSC is F999. The authority for this action is FAR 13.106-1(b). Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
