Statement of Work Honeywell MULTITREND GR RECORDER Bedford VA Healthcare System Bedford VA Medical Center located at 200 Springs Road, Bedford, MA 01730 is looking to acquire delivery, installation, and programing of (1) Honeywell MULTITREND GR RECORDER (TVMUGR-880000-00-22-0500U000S-000) for the Boiler Plant. The Contractor shall provide delivery, installation, and programing for this equipment. This is a brand-name requirement only. Equipment to be procured: QTY UNIT MODEL NO. DESCRIPTION 1 EA TVMUGR-880000-00-22-0500U000S-000 Honeywell MULTITREND GR RECORDER Work to be performed: The Contractor will furnish and install 1(one) new Honeywell model TVMUGR-880000-00-22-0500U000S-000. The Contractor will fully program this unit to monitor parameters for 3 Cleaver Brooks CB700LE boilers and supply all materials and specialized equipment to complete requirement. All work must be accomplished between the hours of 8am to 4pm in the Boiler Plant, 200 Springs Road, Bldg. 22, Bedford, MA 01730.
