The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Contracting Office intends to issue a sole source award to large business PIC Group Inc. for the troubleshooting of the turbine control of the combined heat and power system at Veterans Health Administration Connecticut Healthcare System West Haven. This award will be a one-time service. The intent of this procurement is to award based on sole source requirement. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures as authorized by FAR 13-501(a). The OEM (Kawasaki) has provided documentation confirming the mentioned vendor is the only authorized service provider capable of providing service. This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation for offers. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement for possible consideration on this or for future procurements by the Government to Joshua.Gallien@va.gov no later than Tuesday 02-Nov-2021 by 3:00 PM EST.
