Boston VAMC, DSS Vista Chemotherapy Manager Software PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Network Contracting Office 1 (NCO1) New England publishes this Pre-Solicitation Notice of intent to solicit solely between /among Document Storage Systems, Inc. aka DSS, Inc, OEM-Authorized distributors. This is not a solicitation. NCO 1 intends to solicit to DSS authorized distributors under the streamlined and simplified procedures of FAR 12.6 and FAR 13.106-1, competition to the maximum extent practicable. DSS has stated that they are the Sole Manufacturer of the Vista Chemotherapy Manger Software. Distribution and service is proprietary to DSS and its Authorized Distributors. Government distribution is channeled direct, via the sole authorized DSS Distributors: GMC TEK LLC , Minburn Technology Group LLC, and Ideal Systems Solutions Inc. GMC TEK and Minburn distribute via SEWP V Contracts. Ideal Systems Inc. is a NITAAC NIH CIO-CS vendor: Ideal System Solutions distributes via Contract HHSN316201500028W. NCO1 is seeking to obtain a Base + One (1)-Year, DSS Rx Framework which includes Base Year Product: DSS VistA Chemotherapy Manager large hospital Software subscription maintenance and support M-F 8-7 EST, includes bug fixes, minor release upgrades, telephone support for a period of one year. The applicable NAICS code is 541519 with a $30.0M size standard. The PSC is DA10. The solicitation will be issued to DSS, Inc. authorized distributors on or about 10/06/21. Since the brand name DSS Inc: Vista Chemotherapy Manager Software is exclusively available from the OEM s authorized distributors, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities sam.gov. This procurement is subject to the prohibitions contained in VA Acquisition Regulation 852.212-71 Gray Market Items and  852.212-72, Gray Market and Counterfeit items. Copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing.
