An invitation for bids will be posted on or about April 14, 2022. The VA Central Western Massachusetts (CWM) located in Leeds, MA has a requirement for a Firmed Fixed Price construction project that requires a general contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform work under the 631-22-002 Exterior Stair Improvement project. The general scope of this project is to repair and improve the exterior stairs and sidewalks at multiple location on the Edward P. Boland Campus. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238190 and the size standard is $16.5 Million. The solicitation is being issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) under FAR Part 14. A bid bond is required, and the bid guarantee amount shall be at least 20 percent of the bid price but shall not exceed $3 million.
