The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 1), White River Junction, Vermont intends to Solicit and Award a 5-year BPA for the provision of Philips Brand Patient monitoring systems replacement and upgrades throughout the VISN as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) . The SOW describes VISN 1’s requirement to replace or upgrade their existing Patient Monitoring Systems to the most current release of software and/or hardware. This upgrade and/or replacement includes patient monitoring bedside monitors, central monitoring stations, Invivo products, ISP/Concerto products, software maintenance and upgrades (SMA’s), and monitoring system infrastructure components that have reached or are nearing end of life support. This Sources Sought notice seeks to identify potential vendors both interested and capable of successfully providing the required replacements and upgrades as described within the SOW. These responses will inform the decision whether set-asides or full and open competition will be applicable for the issued RFP.
