The work includes but is not limited to; provide all labor, site visits, consultants, support services for the design of project that introduces fresh air into the Laboratory Services. Currently the Laboratory located in the East Wing of the Second floor of Building 1 and has zero fresh air being supplied and return air being exhausted. The goal of this project is to provide tempered fresh air through the Laboratory located on both sides of the corridor for the Lab. A/E shall design to the latest HVAC Design manual as well as ASHRAE.
