The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with AN-VISION INC 9067 S 1300 W STE 104 WEST JORDAN, UT 84088-5582 to obtain a Roland Consult RETImap System for the Jamaica Plain VAMC. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Beta-SAM. The applicable NAICS code is 541513 with a $30 Million dollar size standard. The PSC is 6515 . The authority for this action is FAR 13.106-1(b). Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
