Sources Sought to see if there are veteran owned companies able to provide the following support services to the VA: Objective: Design of an annual report for the National Center for PTSD We would like to create an annual report for the National Center for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (NCPTSD). The annual report will be available online as a pdf document (no hard copy prints). We would like the design to be brief ( 30 pages) plus approximately 8 appendices (~ 60 pages). The layout and organization will emphasize the theme specified by NCPTSD. NCPTSD will provide photographs of staff engaged in work, photographs/screenshots of products and publications, the NCPTSD logo, and hyperlinks to web pages detailing products and research projects. The contractor will create any necessary graphics or design elements. The contractor will provide guidance on selection of images related to, but not limited to, resolution and colorization. The contractor will provide photo editing support as needed. The contractor will work closely with NCPTSD to develop an initial report template; up to 3 rounds of revisions should be planned for the template development. Once there is agreement on the final template, NCPTSD will provide all text to be included and work with the contractor to identify or produce appropriate photos/images and their locations in the document. Up to 3 rounds of major revisions should be planned to finalize the annual report document. Contractor is responsible to copy edit the document and the appendices. NCPTSD will provide: Links to our previous annual report documents, full text of the annual report to be laid out, photos/screenshots of staff, products, and publications, hyperlinks to web pages detailing products or research projects, current NCPTSD logo, and checklists of current VA 508 compliance and VA graphic standards. Deliverables from contractor: The NCPTSD Annual Report design template as a pdf, meeting current VA 508 compliance and VA graphic standards, a final annual report document (including appendices, with each also sent as a separate file) in a pdf format that meets current VA 508 compliance and graphic standards, and all source files.
