The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Radiation Physics Solutions, LLC to obtain the Commissions and Acceptance Testing of the new CyberKnife. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Beta-SAM. The applicable NAICS code is 334516 with a 1000 employee size standard. The PSC is H266. The authority for this action is FAR 13.106-1(b). Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
