Restorative services, as requested, are to provide a 'like new' appearance of the ceramic tiled flooring and grout. These surfaces will be deep cleaned to remove dirt, debris, odors and stains. Missing grout shall be replaced and match in both color and texture. Contractor IS NOT required to repair loose or broken tiles.
