NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 1 (NCO 1) intends to sole source a five (5) year Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) for payment of accreditation fees for continued membership to the American College of Surgeons, Commission on Cancer (CoC) for the VA New England Healthcare System, 200 Springs Road, Bldg #61, Bedford, MA 01730. This sole source BOA will be solicited and awarded to American College of Surgeons, 633 N. Saint Clair St Chicago, Illinois 60611 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 813920. The Small Business Administration (SBA) size standard is $16.5 Million. Interested vendors that feel they can meet this requirement should identify their interest and capability, and respond to this notice by 06/24/2021 by 4:00 PM EST. Interested vendors must send a capability statement, no more than three pages in length; to include Company Name, Duns Number, Socioeconomic Category, brief description of your business entities capability to provide identical accreditation membership for the VA New England Healthcare System.
