The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Akoya Biosciences, Inc., 100 Campus Drive Marlborough, MA 01752 to obtain Opal Reagents for the Jamaica Plain VAMC. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Beta-SAM. The applicable NAICS code is 325413 with a 1250 employee size standard. The PSC is 6550 . The authority for this action is FAR 13.106-1(b). Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
