The scope indicates roadways and parking improvements (normally civil, site, survey disciplines) , while the selection criteria speak of mechanical, electrical, and fire protection engineering . Please clarify if possible Answer: The project may include working around or relocating various site utilities, which may require various in-house disciplines of engineering.  The utilities may include but not limited to Electrical, Communications, Water, Gas, Sewage, Drainage and more. Based on the progress of design, some of these may need to be relocated, redesigned to meet current codes. End of amendment.
