This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit for a Firm Fixed Priced Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for a 5 year period of performance to commence 5/19/2021 through 5/18/2026. The overall goal is to meet the VISN s need to advertise for hard to fill positions on an as needed basis in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) that will be included with the Solicitation. The solicitation will be issued as a Small Business set aside on or about 4/28/2021. The applicable NAICS code is 541810 with a $16.5M Size Standard. The FSC/PSC is R701. Copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of the contract.
