The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Contracting Office intends to issue a sole source award to large business Johnson Controls, Inc for the installation of the Metasys Building Automation System at the Veterans Health Administration Connecticut Healthcare System West Haven (Fisher House). This award will be for a one-time installation. The intent of this procurement is to award based on sole source requirement. Johnson Controls located at 507 E Michigan St M-93, Milwaukee, WI 53202 provide documentation confirming the sole source strategy. Since the intent is to procure these services on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Beta.Sam. The authority for restricting competition on this procurement is FAR 13.501(a).
