The Togus VA Medical Center has a need for a factory authorized annual preventative maintenance check on ten (10) of the SBB - SSC 4000 Series Post Sterile Cabinets within their facility. Pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(5), as authorized by 38 U.S.C. 8127(b, VAAR 819.7007 (b), The contracting officer s determination to make a sole source award is a business decision wholly within the discretion of the contracting officer. The sole source contract will be awarded to Aldevra LLC, 3707 S. Westnedge Ave Kalamazzo, MI 49008, a VetBiz registered SDVOSB company, and an authorized dealer registered with the OEM. Since the intent is to procure these services on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contract Opportunities. The applicable NAICS code is 811219. The FSC/PSC is J06.
