The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 1, New England Healthcare System Boston, MA is seeking quotes from contractor to provide Reusable Cloth Face Masks for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers: Bedford, Brockton, MA, Jamaica Plain, MA, Manchester NH, Newington CT, Northampton MA, Providence RI, West Haven CT, West Roxbury MA, White River Junction VT, and the New England CBOCs. Relative to NAICS code 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing with a size standard of 750 employees. This 100% Set Aside for SDVOSB/VOSB multiple award (Open and Continuous) solicitation in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12,13,13.5, and 19.1405. Per FAR Subpart 4.1102 (a), Offerors and quotes are required to be registered in SAM at time an offer or quotation is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirement. Note: If Offeror submits quote to the Government without a valid SAM registration, contractor may be ineligible for contract award.
