Statement of Work (SOW) Rental Trailer for Emergency Management/Facilities Station: VA Central Western MA HCS (STA 631) Service Line: Emergency Management/Facilities Introduction VA CWM is looking to rent an office type trailer for 7 months (November 2020-April 2021). Trailer should be delivered to the Springfield, MA CBOC. The trailer must be ADA compliant and have the ability to run off a 30KW diesel generator. The trailer needs to have lighting, heating and cooling. A diagram of the trailer location has been submitted with this SOW. Scope The Vendor will provide and install the below listed equipment and ensure that it is functioning as intended. Specific equipment required as listed. 32 x 8 mobile office trailer Tow desks, two office chairs and 4 side chairs. Lighting Heating Cooling ADA compliant ramp with separate entrance and exit doors Steps Window and door security to prevent theft if broken Ability to be powered by a 30kw generator Performance Requirements The contractor s responsibilities will include the following: Shipping of Equipment Delivery of Equipment Installation of Equipment and Accessories if needed Training on Equipment Deliverables The contractor will provide all necessary operator and maintenance manuals.
